Dynalink N.A. Kicks Off New Equipment
by Ryan Ripley, Plant Manager, Dynalink
posted: February/March 2007

The Dynalink team in North America is proud to announce the placement of equipment orders to support the D47X program at Ford Motor Company. This project will combine Dynalink’s success in ball joint assembly with robotic arc welding and turnbuckle assembly. With the robotic weld cell and turnbuckle machine already on order, the team is busy specifying additional welding and assembly equipment.

Dynalink will produce stabilizer bar links, toe links and trailing arms for the D47X vehicles, which include Ford Galaxy & Lincoln MKS among others. This represents an expansion in the Dynalink group’s product offerings beyond traditional stabilizer bar linkages. Production will begin in January of 2008. Congratulations to Jennifer Hoffman and Randy Race for their hard work and diligent project management.
