Customer and Federal Regulations Met

North American automobile and truck manufacturers must meet sophisticated consumer requirements in ride and handling capabilities, as well as federal regulations that force lighter weight and increased safety. MVS has developed linkages, swivel joints, and components for automobile and truck suspension and steering applications. Optimization of capabilities and expertise offer customers additional opportunities for module and vehicle design.

MVS currently develops and produces several types of suspension linkages, including:  double ball joint links, Pogostik™ links, and combination ball joint/Pogostik™ linkages. Stabilizer bar locking collars (Dynalock™) prevent lateral movement of the stabilizer bar.

Pogostik™ Stabilizer Bar Linkages

Utilizing unique skills in metalworking and plastics, MVS has created a stabilizer bar link assembly that not only replaces several components but actually improves the vehicle's suspension function. This innovative design provides labor cost reduction, weight reduction, and improved corrosion resistance.

• State-of-the-art stabilizer bar links
• Improves suspension function
• Fewer components for lower costs
• Reduces overall weight
• Lowers installation costs
Offers improved corrosion resistance
